We are leaving Sunday!!!
We are leaving Sunday for Ethiopia! WooHoo!! I am still in shock a little bit. Erin (our case-worker), called on Monday, and asked if we could be in Addis next week. Absolutely!! This week has been such a whirlwind trying to get everything together and still make time for my family. So, to all those who haven't traveled yet, don't put packing off!!

WOW! I can't imagine having such short notice, but what WONDERFUL NEWS!! Usually it's the other way around and travel is postponed. So excited for you :) Praying for a wonderful journey there!

WOW.. I don't know if you remember me or not, but you were in school with my brother Chris. Actually we lived down the road from you when you lived on Oakland Lane. Casey and I have been on the waiting list for over a year now for Vietnam through CHI. We have been recently looking into other options and doing research on Ethiopia. I was on another blog and clicked on yours and was like oh my goodness I know them. I am at a loss for words how ironic this is. Anyways, your baby girl is beautiful and I hope you have a safe trip.
